In the first instance, you will need to pick up the voucher from a public hospital. For information on issuing vouchers, please contact your hospital or on the ECAPY website.
Once you receive the voucher, you will need to select the private clinic where you wish to perform your surgery. For information about performing surgeries with vouchers from public hospitals click way.
If you have received a voucher and have chosen the Private Clinic “AGIOS LUCAS”, please send an email to voucher@klinikiagiosloukas.gr, in which your name, a contact phone number and the voucher number must be indicated and we will contact you.

Patients who are insured with another insurance company, normally pay their bill when they leave the Clinic and then submit the costs to their insurance to be reimbursed according to the coverage of their policy.
