After graduating from the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, I completed the first part of my specialty in cardiology at the “Achillopouleio” Hospital of Volos. Then, I completed my specialization at Papanikolaou Hospital, where I then trained in dioesophagy. Since then, i.e. since the year 2000, I have been working in the Cardiology-Cardiac Surgery Department of St. Luke's Clinic. During my professional career I have participated and continue to participate in numerous medical conferences and studies. My goal is to provide the best possible care for each patient, always based on my experience and scientific knowledge. My interest in people and my contribution to the development of medical science is my driving force in this endeavor.

• Middle School/High School: Public High School and High School in Palestine - Graduation 1981
• Attendance and learning Greek at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, one year duration (1982 -1983)
• Admission to the Faculty of Medicine of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a full scholarship - graduation: September 1990, with a grade of “Good”.
• Completion of specialty in the field of clinical cardiology — December 1999
• Postgraduate training in ultrasound (M-mode, 2-D Doppler and triplex) and diesophageal echocardiography — completion June 2000
• Completion of military obligations

Operational experience

• 1990 — 1992: I worked in two private clinics, at once, where there were cardiological, pathological, surgical and orthopedic departments.

• December 1992— Commencement of specialization at the “General Hospital of Volos — Achillopouleio”, initially in the field of pathology and then in clinical cardiology.
• 1993 — I obtained Greek citizenship and in accordance with the corresponding legislation, my specialty at the aforementioned hospital was suspended, for the fulfillment of my military service and the fulfillment of rural service.
• 16.02.1994 — 15.02.1995: I served as an agricultural doctor at the “Health Center of Farsala”
• 1995 — 28 September 1997— Completion of training at “General Hospital of Volos — Achillopouleio”
• September 29, 1997 — October 1, 1999: Specialization in clinical cardiology at the “General Regional Hospital - Georgios Papanikolaou”, Thessaloniki, with emphasis on the treatment of acute cardiac emergencies, in the coronary unit and in the on-call clinics as well as on the monitoring of patients in outpatient clinics. Special training in the ultrasound laboratory (in M-mode and 2-D Doppler — triplex as well as dioesophageal), in the fatigue test laboratory, in the electrophysiology workshop as well as implantation of pacemakers, in the hemodynamic laboratory. Active part in a multitude of cardiac catheterizations and coronagrapies and angioplasty
• December 13, 1999— Received the degree of specialty in cardiology, after examinations at the “University General Hospital of Thessaloniki - AHEPA”, Thessaloniki
• 16.12.1999 to 16.06.2000— “General Regional Hospital - Georgios Papanikolaou”, - A cardiology department - Postgraduate training in ultrasonocardiography (M-mode, 2-D Doppler and triplex) and diesophageal echocardiography
• January 2000 and to date— I work in the private clinic “Agios Lukas Clinic — Nursing S.A.” as a cardiologist specialist.

• After the end of my post-training and throughout my work as a clinical cardiologist, I participate in cardiology conferences, seminars, lectures and any other educational event, which can enrich my knowledge and training in this field.
